Wannan Hadisi Ahmad ne ya rawaitoshi da Abu Dawuda, Tirmidhy ya inganta shi, an ciro ingancinsa daga Imam Ahmad kuma Bukhri ya Hassana shi.HAIHUWAR MASU ISTAHADHA,(jinin cuta):Hali na farko: ya kasance tana da haila abar sani kafin Istahadha, wannan tana komawa ga tsayin lokacin hailarta abar sani ta zauna a cikn hailar ta kuma hukuncin haila ya tabbata a gareta, bayan wannan kuwa istahadha ne, saboda haka hukuncin istahadha ya tabba a gareta.Misalin wannan shi ne: Macece hailarta ta kasnce tana zuwa mata kwana shida dagafarkon kowanne wata, sannan (Larurar) istahadha ta keto mata sai jini ya ci gaba da zarce mata, to sai yakasance hailar ta kwana shida daga farkon kowane wata, bayan ta (kwanakin hailar) to, ya zama istahadha,saboda Hadisin A’isha (R.A.) cewa Faxima Bint Abu Hubaishi, tace: “Ya Manzon Allah ni ina yin haila bana yintsarki shin zan bar sallah?” Sai ya ce: “A’a wannan jinin, cuta ne, sai dai ki bar yin sallah gwargwadon kwanakinda kike yin haila a cikinsu, sannan kiyi wanka kuma kiyi sallah”. (Bukhari ne ya rawaito)Ya zo a cikin Sahihu – Muslim cewa Annabi (S.A.W.)ya cewa: Ummu Habibtu BintJahshin: “Ki zauna gwargwadon yadda hailarki take tsare ki sannan kiyi wanka kiyi sallah.A bisa wannan mai haila wacce take da haila aba sani zata zauna gwargwadon (kwanakin) hailarta sannan tayi wanka tayi sallah, kada ta damu da jini da ke zuwa mata a sannan.Hali na uku : shi ne ya zamo bata da haila abar sani kafin larurar istahadhar, shine ya zamo istahadha ta zarce mata daga farkon abin da ta gani na jini daga farkon al’amarin (hailarta) wannan zata yi aiki da rarrabewa, sai ya zama hailar ta tana rarrabe ta da bakin jini ko kaurinsa ko wari (ta haka zata tahimci jinin hailarta wanda) hukuncin haila ya tabbata gare ta, wanda ba wannan ba kuwa, to, jinin istahadha ne,kuma hukuncin istahadha (jinin cuta) ya tabbat a gareta.Misalin wannan hine: Mace ce ta ga jini a farkon lokacin (haialarta) kuma ya zarce mata, sai dai tana ganinsa a kwanaki goma (na farkon wata) yana zuwa mata baqi-baqi amma a sauran kwanakin sai ta ganshi jaja-jaja, ko ta ganshi kwana goma ya zomata da kauri a sauran kwanakin watan kuma ya zo mata a tsinke, ko ta ganshi a kwana goma yanada warin jinin haila a sauran kwanakin wata kuma ya zo mata babu wari a misali na farko wannan baqi-baqi shi ne hailar ta, a misali na biyu kuma mai kaurin shi ne hailarta, a misali na uku kuwa mai wari shi ne hailarta, sauran kwanakin kuwa istahadha (jinin cuta) ne, saboda faxin Annabi (S.A.W.) ga Faxima Bint Abi Hubaishin: Idan jinin haila yakasance, to, shi baqi ne an sanshi, idan kika ga wannan sai ki daina yin sallah, idan kuma xayan ya kasance sai kiyi alwala kiyi sallah wannanjinin cuta ne” Abu Dawuda da Nisa’i ne suka rawaito, IbnHabban da Hakim sun inganta shi.Wannan sandisa da mataninsa, haqiqa malamai sun yi aiki da shi, kuma shi ne abin da yafi cancanta da mayar da ita ga al’adar mafi yawan mata.Hali na uku: shi ne ya zamanto bata da haila abr sani kuma bata da rarrabewaingatacciya shi ne ya kasanceistahadha ta zarce mata dagafarkon lokacin da ta ga jini, da siffa xaya, ko a bisa siffofimasu canjawa wanda ba zai yiwu ya zama haila ba wannan zata yi aiki da mafi rinjayen abinda yake shi ne al’adar mafi yawan mata, sa hailarta ta zamo kwana shidako bakwai daga kowane wata, yana farawa daga farkon lokacin da ta ga jini a cikinsa, bayan wannan kuwa istahadaha neMisalin wannan shi ne: Ta gajini a farkon abinda ta gani a kwanaki biyar na farkon watakuma ya zarce mata ba tare da wata ingantacciyar rarrabewa ba, ta hanar launi ko warinsa, to anan sai hailarta ya kasance kwana shida ko bakwai a kowanne wata, tana fara wa daga rana ta biyar daga kowane wata saboda Hadisin Himnatu Bint Jahshin (RA.) cewa Ita ta ce: “Ya Manzon Allah haqiqa ni ina yin haila mai tsanani me kake gani a game da ita haqiqa ta hana yin sallah da azumi sai ya ce: “Zan siffanta miki yadda zaki dinga yin aiki da audugar (a farji) haqiqa jinin zai tafi”. Saitace: ai yawansa yafi ga haka:a cikinsa ya ce: “Ai wannan zungura ce daga zungurar shaixan, sai kiyi haila kwana shida ko bakwai (a cikin Ilimin Allah Ta’la) sannan ki yi wanka, har sai kin ga cewa kin tsarkaka sai kiyi sallah raka’a ashirin da huxu ko ashirin da uku a dare da wuni, kuma kiyi azumi”. Ahmad da Abu Dawuda ne suka rawaito shi, Tirmidhi ya inganta shi, kuma an samu cewa Ahmad ya inganta shi, kuma Bukhari ya hassana shi.Faxin (S.A.W.) kwana shida ko bakwai bada zavi bane, shi (misali ne) sai ta duba abinda yafi kusa a halin da yayi kama da nata kuma shekarunsa yayi kusa da natahaka kuma mahaifa. Cikin abinda yake shi ne mafi kusa izuwa ga hailarta daga jinintada makamancin wannan daga qiyasi, idan ya kasance mafi kusa da kwana shida saita sanya shi kwana shida, idan kuma ya kasance mafi kusa da ya zamo kwana bakwai sai ta sanya shi kwana bakwai.Halin wacce tayi kama da istahadha: Haqiqa wani dalili yana faruwa ga mace wanda zai wajabta tsarkake jini dagafarjinta kamar yin aiki a cikin mahaifa, ko a cikin waninta wannan yana bisa nau’o’i biyu: Na farko: ya zamo cewaba zai yiwu tayi haila ba bayan aikin da aka yi mata, misali: aikin ya zamo (kamar)cire mahaifa ne baki xaya, kotoshe ta, yadda ba zai yiwu jini ya zubo daga cikinta ba. wannan matar hukuncin mai istahadha bai hau kanta ba. hukuncinta shi ne hukuncin wacce taga jaja-jaja fari-fari ko jaja-jaja baqi-baqi ko xanye bayan ta yi tsarki,ba zata bar sallah ko azumi ba, kuma ba’a hana yin jam’i da ita ba, kuma wanka bai wajaba gareta ba” saboda wannan jini, sai dai idan zata yi sallah, sai ta wanke jinni, kuma ta sanya tsumma ko wani abu a cikin farjinta saboda hana fitar jinin. Sannan tayi alwala ga kowaccsallah, kuma ba zata yi alwalar ba sai bayan lokacin sallar ya shiga, idan sallar tana da lokaci kamar sallolin farilla guda biyar, idan bata da lokaci to duk sanda ta yi nufin yin sallar sai ta yi alwala kamar sallolin nafila.Na biyu: ya zamo ba’a zaton xaukewar hailar ta bayan anyi mata aiki, bari dai zai iyayiwuwa tayi haila, to, wannanhukuncinta hukuncin istahadha ne. (al-Hadith.), Duk jinin da ya zubo bayan wannan ba zai cutar da ita ba. saboda faxin Annabi (S.A.W.) ga Faximatu Bint AbiHubaish: ki nisanci sallah a kwanakin hailarki, sannan ki yi wanka, kuma kiyi alwala gakowacce sallah, sannan kiyi sallah ko da jinin yana xiga akan tabarma”.Na uku: jima’i, haqiqa malamai sunyi savani a cikin halaccinsa idan ba’a tsoron cutuwa da barinsa: abinda yake dai-dai shi ne halaccinsa kai tsaye, domin mataye da yawa kusan guda goma ko ma fiye da haka sunyi, istahadha a zamanin Manzon Allah (S.A.W) Amma Allah da Manzon sa basu hana yin jima’I da su ba, baridai faxinsa Allah Ta’ala:“Ku nisanci mataye a lokacin haila”(1)dalili ne abisa cewabaya wajaba a qaurace musua waninsa, domin sallah tanahalatta gareta idan tana istahadha to, jima’i kuwa shi ne yafi sauqi. Yin qiyasin jima’i da ita da jima’i da mai haila bai inganta ba, domin ba dai-dai suke ba har a gurin masu haramtawar qiyasi kuwa baya inganta tare da rabuwar al’amura
