from nuramuhd3 on 04/02/2015 10:48 AMFASALI NA BAKWAIA game da yin aikin da yake Hana zubar haila ko yake jawo ta da abinda yake hana xaukar ciki ko zubar da shi.Mace tayi aiki da abinda zai hana zuwan hailarta ya halatta bisa sharuxxa guda biyu:Na farko: ya zamo bata tsoron cutuwa a kanta, amma idan tana tsoron cutuwa, to, bai halatta ba saboda faxin Allah Ta’ala: kada ku jefa kawunanku ga hallaka”(1)da faxin sa :“Kada ku kashe kawunanku, lallai Allah ya kasance mai tausayi gare ku”(2)Na biyu: ya kasance da izinin mijinta idan tana da shi ya kasance mai al’ada ce daga gare shi abisa fuskar da take wjabta ciyarwarsa a gareta sai ta yi amfani da abinda yake hana yin haila dan lokaci yayi tsayi kuma ya qara ciyarwarsa a gareta. To a irin wannan bai halatta, tayi amfani da abinda zai hana ta yin haila ba sai da izinin sa. Haka kuma idan ya tabbata cewa hana yin hailar zai hana xaukar ciki, to, babu makawasai an sami izinin miji sannan ya halata. Amma abinda yafi shi ne kada tayi, sai idan bukatar hakan ta zama dole, domin barin xabi’a bisa yadda take shine yafi tabbatar lafiya da kuvuta.Amma yin aiki da abinda yake jawo haila shima ya halatta bisa sharuxxa guda biyu: Na farko: kada tayi amfani da shi don ta sarayar da wajibi, misali shi ne tayi amafani da shi kusa da (shigowar watan) Ramadan don ta ci abinci (a cikin watan) ko don ta sarayar da sallah da shi ko makamancinwannan.Na biyu: ya kasance da izinin miji domin samuwar haila tana hana shi samu jin daxi cikakke (da matarsa) don haka baya halatta ta yi aiki daabinda zai hana shi samu haqqinsa face sai da yardarsa, idan kuma wacce aka saki ce, to, a cikinsa akwai saryar da haqqqin mijina komawarta idan yana (buqatar) mayar da ita.Amma yin aiki da abinda yake yhana xaukar ciki yana bisa nau’i biyu:Na farko: ya zamanto ya hana xaukarsa hanawa mai zarcewa, to, wannan baya halatta domin yana yanke ciki, kuma yana qaranta nasaba, kuma ya savawa manufar Ubangiji ta yawaita al’ummar Musulmi domin cewa shi (mai yin haka) ya aminta da kashe ‘ya’yan (wannan al’umma) samammu, ta hanyar samar da matan da basa haihuwa.Na biyu: ya zamanto ya hanaxaukar sa zuwa wani lokaci, misali ya kasance mace ce mai yawan xaukar ciki, kuma xaukar cikin yana wahalar daita, to, ya wajaba ta tsara yadda zata dinga xaukar ciki a duk shekaru biyu ko makamancin haka, wannan ya halatta da sharaxin mijinta ne ya yi izinin yin haka, kuma yin haka ya zama ba zai cutar da ita ba. Amma yin amfani da abinda yake zubar da ciki yana bisa nau’i biyu:Na farko: ya kasance anyi niyyar zubar da shi ne, dan ayi asararsa, wannan idan ya kasance bayan an busa masa rai ne, to, haramun ne ba tare da wani kokwanto ba, domin yinhaka kashe rai ne wanda ya haramta a kashe ba tare da wani haqqi ba, kashe rai wanda aka haramta, haramunne a cikin Qur’ani da Sunnah, da ijma’in Musulmai. Idan kuma kafin abusa masa rai ne, to, haqiqa malamai sunyi savani a cikin halaccinsa, daga cikinsu akwai wanda ya halatta, dagaciki kuma akwai wanda suka hana, daga ciki kuma akwai wanda yace: yana halatta muddin bai zama gudan jini ba, wato matuqar bai wuce kwana arba’in ba, daga ciki akwai wanda yace: (ya halatta) mutaqar halittar mutum bata bayyyana a cikinsa ba.Abinda yafi cancanta dai shi ne, hana zubar da shi face sai da buqata, kamar ya kasance Uwar bata da lafiya, baza ta iya xaukar ciki ba, ko makamancin wannan, to ya halatta a zubar da shi sai dai in ya kai lokacin da halittar mutum ta bayyana a cikinsa to bai halatta ba. Allah shi nemafi sani.Nau’i na biyu: ya zamo ba’a yiniyyar yin asararsa ba da zubar da shi, ya kasance yayin wucewar lokacin xaukar ciki kuma kusa da haihuwa. To, wannan ya halatta da sharaxin kada ya samo cutuwa ga uwar ko xanta, kuma y zamo al’amarin bai buqatu zuwa yin aiki ba, idan kuma ya bukatu ga yin aiki, to, yana da halaye guda huxu:Na farko: ya kasance uwar tana raye kuma xan cikin nata ma yana raye, baya halatta a yi aiki sai da larura, shi ne ya zama haihuwar ta yi nauyi a gareta (dole) akwai buqatar sai anyi mata aiki. Wannan kuwa saboda jiki amana ce ga bawa, ba zai sarrafa shi cikin abinda yake tsoron daga gare shi ba, sai don wata babbar masalaha, domin sau da yawa ana zaton idan anyi aiki ba za’a samu wata cutuwa ba, sai kuma cutar ta samu.Na biyu: ya kasance uwar ta mutu haka shima dan ya mutu to baya halatta ayi mata aiki na fidda xan fitar da xan saboda rashin fa’idar yin haka. Na uku: ya kasanceuwar tana raye amma xan yamutu, to, ya halatta ayi mata aiki na fixa dan fitar da shi, sai dai idan an ji tsoron cutuwa ga uwar, domin abinda yake zahiri (Allah shi ne mafi sani) shi ne, idan xa ya mutu a cikin mahaifiyar sato ba zai iya fitowa ba, ba tare da an yi (aiki dan fito da shi) ba, kuma ci gaba da zamansa a cikinta yana hanata xaukar ciki a gaba, kuma zai yi mata qunci, kuma sau da yawa tana iya zama mara haihuwa idan ya kasance ta sava daga mijinta da ya gabata.Na huxu: “Ya kasance Uwar ta mutu amma dan cikinta yana da rai, idan ya kasance ba zaton rayuwarsa to bai halatta ba ayi aiki (dan fitar da shi) idan kuma ya zamo ana fatan samun rayuwarsa, ko ya zamo wani shashi (na jikin xan) ya fito, to za’a tsagacikin uwar dan fito da sauranjikinsa. Idan kuma wani abu bai fito daga gare shi ba, abokan mu suka ce: Ba’a tsaga cikin uwa dan fitar da xan cikinta domin yin haka ‘Musla’ne, abin da yake dai-dai shi ne lallai za’a tsagacikin idan ya zamo fitarsa ba zata yiwu ba sai an tsaga xin wannan shi ne zavin Ibn Hubairah yace: a cikin (Al-Insaf )(1)Wannan shi ne yafi dacewa. Sai nace: Musamman ma dai a wannan lokaci namu halaccin yin aikin ba zai zamo musla ba, domin za’a iya tsaga cikin sannan a xinke, kuma alfarmar rayayye tafi alfarmar wanda ya mutu, kuma tsamo abin tsarewa daga halaka wajibi ne, dan da yake ciki kuwa abin tsarewa ne don haka yawajaba a tsamo shi .
