TAMBAYA:Malam mahaifina ya rasu, sai wani malamin islamiyyarmu ya ce min ba kyau zaman makoki, to gaskiya kaina ya daure, saboda na taso na ga ana yi, kuma idan ban yi ba za’a ce ban damu da mahifinmu ba, malam yanzu yaya zan yi? Allah ya datar da kai zuwa dukkan alkairai .AMSA:To ‘dan uwa, Allah ya ba mu dacewa gaba daya, tabbas malamai sun tattauna akan hukuncin zaman makoki, sai dai sun kasu kashi uku :1. Akwai wadanda suka tafi a kan makaruhi ne, saboda hadisin Jarir RA wanda Imamu Ahmad ya rawaito cewa: “Mun kasance muna kirga taruwa yayin mutuwa da kuma yin abinci ga gidan da aka yi mutuwa daga cikin rurin da Allah da ya haramta” , Musnad : 6905, Don haka suna cewa, sai dai a hadu da wadanda a ka yiwarasuwa akan hanya ko a kasuwa, ko masallaci a yi musu ta’aziyya, wannan ita ce maganar Shafi’i a cikin (al-Umm, 1318), haka Nawawy a (al-Majmu’u, 3306).2. Akwai wadanda suka ta tafia kan cewa bidi’a ne, kamar Ibnul-Qayyim a (Zadul Ma’ad,1527).3. Akwai malaman da suka tafi a kan halaccin zaman makoki, saboda hadisin da Nana A’isha RAA ta rawaito cewa, lokacin da a ka kashe Zaid ‘dan Haritha da Ja’afar ‘dan Abu-Dalib, Annabi s.a.w.ya zauna a wani wuri, duk wanda ya gan shi zai ga alamun bakin cikin tare da Shi, sai wani mutum ya zo ya ce ma Sa : ga matan Ja’afar can suna ta kuka, sai Annabi s.a.w Ya umarce shi da ya je ya hana su, su kuma yi hakuri” Bukhari hadisi mai lamba ta : 1299.Wadannan malaman suna cewa : Za’a iya fahimtar hallacin zaman makoki a wannan hadisin a wurare guda biyu:A. Fadin Nana A’isha cewa : Ya zauna a na ganin alamun bakin ciki tare da Shi da kuma zuwan wancan mutumin, dalili ne da yake nuna cewa : Yana zaune ne a wurin da mutane suka sani kuma suke zuwa su same Shi.B. Kasancewar Bai hana matan Ja’afar taruwar da suka yi ba, kawai kukan Ya yi umarni da a hana su.Wannan magaanar ta hallaci an riwaitota daga Imamu Ahmad kamar yadda ya zo a (al-Insaf, 5565) da kuma Ibnu-AbdulBarr na Malakiyya,, kamar yadda ya zo a littafinsa na (al-Kafy, 1283), sannan wasu daga cikin Hanafiyya sun tafi a kanhaka kamar yadda ya zo a (Binaya 3303), Prof. Khalid Al-mushakih (daya daga cikinmanyan ‘daliban Sheik Bn Uthaimin) ya rinjayar da zance na uku, sai dai za’a gujiabubuwa kamar haka a lokacin wannan zaman :1. Yawaita yin abinci da masukarbar gaisuwa, zai yi kyau ya zama makusantansa ne kawai za su amshi gaisuwa.2. Nisantar yin laccoci a wurin, domin hakan na daga cikin bidi’o’in da ba su da hujja.3. Nisantar tsawaita zaman, ayi shi gwarwadon bukata.Duba : (Fiqhunnawazil na Khalid Al-mushaikih, shafi na: 75)
